Shipping Policy – Coco the Muse

At Coco the Muse, all our products are shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners through Modalyst, allowing us to offer a wide range of high-quality products.

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing includes verifying your order and preparing it for shipment by the supplier.


2️⃣ Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package until it arrives.

3️⃣ Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the supplier and included in the total price of your order.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for multiple items in a single order.

  • Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer according to the laws of your country.


4️⃣ Order Tracking

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can monitor your package’s journey until it reaches you.


5️⃣ Risks & Responsibility

  • Once the package is handed over to the carrier by the supplier, all risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

  • Coco the Muse cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.


6️⃣ Returns & Shipping

  • For returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy [LINK].

  • All returns must be sent directly to the supplier. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was a supplier error.
