Welcome to Coco the Muse! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Coco the Muse. Coco the Muse operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Coco the Muse is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Important: Many of our products are sourced via Modalyst from third-party suppliers such as AliExpress or Alibaba. Availability, shipping times, and quality are determined by the supplier. Coco the Muse does not manufacture the products.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are not confirmed until Coco the Muse accepts them. Payment must be successfully processed before acceptance.

You should review your order carefully, as cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. Orders are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK]. Purchases must be for personal use only and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Prices displayed are those in effect at the time of order. Taxes, shipping, handling, and import/customs fees may apply.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and promptly update your account as needed. You warrant that charges incurred will be honored by your credit card issuer and you are authorized to use it.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once a product is shipped to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Shipping costs are determined by the supplier and may vary. Coco the Muse is not responsible for shipping fees or delays from third-party suppliers.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions of our Return Policy [LINK].

  • Returns are sent directly to the supplier; Coco the Muse does not receive returns.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

  • Refunds are processed once the supplier receives and inspects the product.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that returns, refunds, and shipping processes are governed by the supplier and Modalyst.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Services, including logos, images, graphics, videos, text, and layout, is owned by Coco the Muse, its licensors, or affiliates. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent.

Coco the Muse, its names, logos, and slogans are trademarks and must not be used without permission.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

The Services may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or accuracy of third-party services. Use third-party tools at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Coco the Muse is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Coco the Muse. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of purchases, including product quality, shipping, or loss. You release Shopify from all claims related to your transactions.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy [LINK]. Your information may be shared with Shopify or other service providers to deliver our Services.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
